About Shantala (2023)
“Santhala” is a periodic film based on the true story of a young woman who frees herself from the clutches of a lustful man who indulges in anarchy of raping innocent women in a tribal thanda near the Halibedu temple in the state of Karnataka. The film stars Nihal Kodhaty and Ashlesha Thakur as the hero heroines, while Vinod Kumar and Manju Bhargavi plays the lead roles. The film is produced by Dr. Irrinki Suresh On the banner of Indo American Arts and directed by Seshu Peddireddy.
