Trisha’s latest Tamil movie, titled “The Road,” has recently released its official trailer. The film features a star-studded cast including Trisha, Dancing Rose Shabeer, Santhosh Prathap, Miya George, MS Bhaskar, Vivek Prasanna, Vela Ramamoorthy, Laxmi Priya, Semmalar Annam, Raatchasan Vinoth, Karupu Nambiyaar, and more. Directed by Arun Vaseegaran and with music composed by Sam CS, the movie is produced by AAA Cinemaa Pvt Limited. The teaser for the movie “The Road” was released two months ago and received a very positive response.
The Road Movie Story
The movie is a decent crime thriller that revolves around multiple accidents on NH 44 in Tamil Nadu. Trisha’s character tries to uncover the reason behind these deaths, eventually discovering the involvement of a drug cartel. The investigation part largely works, and the director manages to keep the mystery under wraps until the reveal. However, the film turns pretty generic once we get the identity of the mastermind behind the chilling crimes.
The Road Movie Release Date
Producers have announced that the movie is set to be released worldwide in theaters on October 6th, 2023.
